SGUnited Jobs Initiative
The SGUnited Jobs initiative seeks to create more than 40,000 jobs in 2020. This is a concerted effort as part of the SGUnited Jobs and Skills Package to provide employment opportunities for job seekers affected by the COVID-19 situation, to match them to short-term jobs as well as longer-term jobs created. The initiative also seeks to help businesses that are recruiting for the eventual recovery.
Role of SBF
We are the central coordinator for the SGUnited Jobs initiative which involves business-to-business (B2B) matching. The Federation works closely with other TACs to drive cross-TACs or cross-sector job matching.
All companies registered or incorporated in Singapore are eligible to participate in the SGUnited Jobs initiative. These include small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), multi-national corporations (MNCs), trade associations and chambers (TACs), non-governmental organisations (NGOs), non-profit prganisations, and the public sector.

For TACs that are facilitating employment amongst your member companies, you may also contact for assistance. SBF can then deploy HR Project Managers (HRPM) to support your employment facilitation efforts.
